ADRIANA BONSTEEL "We came back to the United States when Mr. Bonsteel was ready to retire from his U.S. Department of State job. Because of his job, we traveled and lived in many countries and I had the chance to teach students from all over the world who spoke many different languages. I was born overseas, in Montevideo, Uruguay and my first language was Spanish. I started to learn English at the Uruguayan American School when I was four-years old. We have four children who have graduated from the university and who also speak Spanish; three of them were born overseas, only one was born in Maryland. This is my third year teaching at Worcester Tech and I absolutely love my job. Prior to working here, I taught at many overseas schools and at Parkside High School in Wicomico County for eight years. I teach one evening class at Salisbury University and I teach ESOL for the Worcester County Adult Education Program."
